A: An order is marked as "Partial" when the system cannot deliver the full quantity requested. In such cases, the undelivered portion is automatically refunded to your panel balance.

A: Delivery times depend on the selected service and server availability. Most orders are processed within a few hours, but some may take up to 48 hours.

Can I get a refund for my panel balance?

A: No, refunds are not applicable once funds are added to your WowSMM account. You can use the balance to purchase any service available on our platform.

A: Yes, for partially completed orders, the undelivered amount will be automatically refunded to your panel balance.

What happens if I accidentally place duplicate orders?
